"Body is all torn up"? Are you blind? The guy is in great shape! He's closing in on 50 years old and still has stage-ready quads. At any average gym, he'd still crush all the recreational bbers. You can only hope to look as good at any age.

He does look amazing. He looks like he could do a cycle and be in the top three at the Olympia.

Being nice with fans (while on video) is a trend that gets you followers and subscribers to your channel ......

For instance, Im watching Jay Tv" at work  (no one here has a clue who he is ) but they see how he reacts with fans shake hands take pics etc and suddenly they get the idea he is more famous, friendly and more charismatic  than he actually is . (it doesnt hurt to have a cult classic movie star near by)

Enough people have interacted with Jay while not on tape, including me, and he is very gracious and polite. Just a nice down to earth guy.

Jay explained the reason for the divorce with Keri in an MD interview...she wanted him to retire, and he just kept going.  She basically asked "When is this going to end?", and Jay had no good answer.

Jay is a workhorse to be sure, but likely could have retired a long time ago.  It seems like she wanted a normal life.  Maybe she wanted kids too, but I'm not sure on that one.

I like Jay, he was a great Mr Olympia, but let's face it, Idk if it was just me but, I always assumed he was a total douchebag irl, I know I shouldn't judge like that, but I always assumed he was total a...hole, narcissistic bastard, but I hope I'm wrong. I always assumed his wife got tired of his narcissistic ass
