Sounds very similar to what you would hear at a Crossfit Seminar...I'm just saying...especially the pvc pipe stuff.My personal best was a 290lbs c+j and a 345 pause bench for a total of 635 back in high school at 195 lbs. Since then I only do C+Js when I do Crossfit oriented workouts, which is sporadically.It was definitely a power clean, my technique sucked back then.
Olympic lifting and teaching this way were around looooooooooooong before CrossFit became a cult.
