"clogging the arteries" is calcified plaque. Essentially plaque is like a "scab" within the layers of arterial wall.

What causes a scab? Damage.
What causes damage to arteries? Inflammation.
What causes inflammation? chronically high blood sugar levels, and insulin. Among many other things e.g. stress, high blood pressure, obesity, and a lot of other factors.

Meat is not the enemy you stupid fucking hillbilly moron.

Hey, now.

oh boy i love tempers reasoning as to what the tonsils tru function is lol " to get rid of bad bacteria" oh brother

we have hydrochloric acid in our guts to take care of shit

Funny I got that directly from WebMD...

http://www.webmd.com/oral-health/guide/tonsillitis-symptoms-causes-and-treatments

"At the back of your throat, two masses of tissue called tonsils act as filters, trapping germs that could otherwise enter your airways and cause infection. They also produce antibodies to fight infection. But sometimes the tonsils themselves become infected. Overwhelmed by bacteria or viruses, they swell and become inflamed, a condition known as tonsillitis."

Last time I checked our airways don't contain much hydrochloric acid.

Tonsils, appendix, and gallbladder. Why do we still have these?

hahah trapping germs , by what mechanism and how. thats full of shit your teeth and tounge will do the same.

if you havent realized it this world wants to trick you and lie to you

the thing is you can still get strep with your tonsils out but not as bad

i havent gotten a sore throat in 7 years since being a vegetarian but i got the shit all the time before then.

eating meat makes you full=perfect for diet and calorie reduction , also meat gives you a low quality energy that is not ideal for health

Don't we have other organs that already handle this?

Recently my wife was on dialysis for acute kidney failure. The dialysis diet is very exacting as to what and how much to eat. Guess what Marty? The dialysis diet requires high quality protein because dialysis robs the body of protein and what was recommended to replace the lost protein was.... wait....yes....MEAT! For more about the dialysis/acute and chronic kidney failure diets check this website's recipes out, http://www.davita.com/recipes/chicken-and-turkey. My wife followed the prescribed diet exactly as directed. She is no longer on dialysis.

Quote
The tonsils are lymph nodes in the back of the mouth and top of the throat. They help to filter out bacteria and other germs to prevent infection in the body.

I must give you credit, because this time you may be onto something with regards to spinal issues. I have spinal arthritis and degenerative disk disease which is causing sciatica. The degenerative disk disease is a by product of old age. According to an article I read, meat may affect arthritis. http://www.livestrong.com/article/476509-the-effects-of-eating-meat-on-arthritis/.

This does not mean I will give up eating meat though. I am a firm believer in doing things in moderation. Eating several pounds of chicken a day, as some bodybuilders claim to do, cannot be healthy. Small portions of meat and fish in one's diet are not likely to cause one any problems.

Speaking of moderation. In the past you have claimed to binge on some pretty strange things. I remember when you were eating clay regularly and there have been other things too. If I were to offer you advice, I'd say try these things in moderation.

One thing I do for better health is drink an 8 oz glass of low sodium V-8 juice most days. V-8 is very high in potassium which is good for one's heart. I also take a magnesium supplement because it is also good for the heart and for the nerves. It is probably better to eat a bunch of vegetables for the potassium and I do eat vegetables, but the V-8 is and extra boost and insurance that I am getting enough potassium.

So when the appendix bursts, no removal, just admire it for its amazing design.

He's a naturalist. He let's nature take it's course and doesn't intervene unless it is to eat clay or some leafy vegetables. If we all lived that way, things might be better.....one thing for sure, the world would be a lot less populated.

heme iron causes bone loss , thats why hillbillys need so much tums for to calm that acid reflux they get from all that meat

using "calcium" is your bodys means of  damage control

when calcium cant control all the heme-iron and other ways your arteries build up plaque you get more calcification

It is a testament to the human spirit that you have over 27000 posts of this foolishness. To be able to consistently pound out this drivel is truly impressive...I'm in awe
