For me, the trap bar

I use it for deads, overhead press, shrugs and bent-over rows.
I liked it for deadlifts as a teenager.
Now I use straight bar for everything.
Favorite non-standard huh? I like climbing ropes. Builds great grip strength, biceps and lats. And it gets your adrenaline going. When your 12 feet in the air you're like, "I can't f this up" hahaha
