Does it suck to go thru all that and still look the way you do? I may be wrong but I think you claim enhanced with AAS and the pics I have seen of you definitely look all natural.

and looking like shit in return for eating deliscious food all the time and doing fun stuff all the time, getting smashed, traveling a lot more, party, whores booze

etc

 ???

is looking like a god over rated?

U party tre times in a row, then u get tired of it! U can eat delicious food even if u are a bodybuilder, fresh salomon, nice thick proteinshakes, sallads, beef, etc etc...Travel is not limeted by bodybuilding, its money and work! Booze make u feel shit, get tired of it. So whats left to do in life...well I guess, going to the gym...

Don't you mean you are happier with your health and appearance when you are lifting?

Personally, I recently decided that it is good to adapt workouts and diet to one's age. I used to want to be big. Being big takes a lot of hard work, sometimes it means using steroids, supplements and eating like a maniac. These things eventually take a toll on our bodies. My current mind set is to be slim, fit and relatively fat free. To achieve this, I'm scaling back my workout routine, eating less and in general doing things in moderation.

Yep - happier when I'm lifting.

I'm pretty much arriving at your mindest now.

I have. I came off everything and tried to downsize earlier this year. I felt GREAT being off but i still have that mental hurdle about being "small". But i was eating 4 times a day and doing "light" training and cardio. But, the musclehead in me would not die so i said fuck it!

Just juice from May to October.  Come off in the winter, eat some tasty foods, and then when spring rolls around, hop back on with a renewed intensity and motivation.

Staying on year-round is for competitive bodybuilders and for losers who can't handle shrinking

Urbemann, I look at the physiques of real athletes like wrestlers, MMA, sprinters, Olympic weightlifters and others and no one has the bloated steroid bodybuilding look. Bodybuilding is a drug cosmetic temporary look. I would rather look like an athlete. I think bodybuilders have a warped perception of what a good build looks like.

This is what I try and tell people who are in love with the bloated waddling drug abuser look. The athletes you mentioned hold more ideal physiques to me than most "bodybuilders." And if they happen to also train like a bodybuilder as well as the conventional way according to their respective sport, even better. THAT is ideal. Show and go.
