Make cardio your friend! Once u get there u will miss it if u dont do it. Same as weightlifting, its fun!
Make big tasty proteinshakes, they will eliminate your needs of candy...
Start running, cycling or rowing...once u get your body heart lungs muscles used to it (normaly 6 moths) your weight will dropp like never before! U just dosent get tired and can continou forever...its not boring! U just need a plan it like weightlifting. Decide how u will do your cardio. 10-20minutes warmup, then shoose different kind of intensity 1-20minutes. If u do lower time u do more "set" longer time less"set"
Like 5x5min or 3x10min or 10x2min 2x20min or combine short with long intervalls, then end it with low intensity for 10 minutes. U can have 2houers of cardio without being bored. In cycling u can choose standing, sitting, low cadence with high resistance, high cadance low resitance. Same for treadmil, high speed, low speed, climbs of differen percentage...the combinations are infinite. Same for rowers...dont se cardio as cardio, se it as training/sport and getting better at it!
