You think? I worry that since old man pecs tend to sag and I have no desire to look like that transsexual, Bruce Jenner, I should step up the incline bench presses more to build the upper pecs. I have always had pointy nipples, which really wouldn't be a good look on saggy tits.
If decline dumbbell presses is the the way to go, I'm all for it. Declines have always been easy peasy for me.
