BCAA's preworkout/post workoutvitamin d3 10,000 iu edmultifish oilsevening primrose oil or borage oil (omega 6) quality whey protein powder
flaxseed oil or fish oil (cuz i don't like eating fish), and sometimes protein powder with gatorade post-workout (to maximize the crucial window of opp haha) and that's the extent of it for me . . . but then i ain't a contender.
Flaxseed is by far an inferior choice, unless money is an issue for you
Actually an excellent basic stack, but sub the fish oils for fermented cod liver oil semen, and completely skip any O-6 supplement, pointless. I would add a probiotic supp and skip the BCAAs unless you're taking slin, but that's just me.
