Would not be surprised if he just does cardio and light weights based on his heart problems.Seems to be living a happy life so good for him.
How can it make any difference whether he "built a modest body before hitting the sauce"?If you stop hormonizing completely after abusing sauce for years on end, your endocrine system is stuffed. I don't understand how he would be able to have retained something of a physique/muscles with low testosterone levels. Maybe he decided to drop the hormones completely and see if he can get by without TRT. No point training with heavy weights if that's the case.
Yeah, this whole "building a solid base naturally"-shit is completely overrated. Makes zero difference in the end, after you go off. I even tend to say, if u wanna get on stage, the sooner you hop on the sauce the better, no need to waste time.
And its always the people who are absolutely nothing without the drugs. If you can bench press 225 20 or 30 times and are muscular years after drugs than you have a base. If you struggle to bench 225 and are not muscular, you have failed and have no base.
20 to 30 times with 225 is still a stretch, I say 10-15 times u are pretty good given clean and don't work out as much
