Would not be surprised if he just does cardio and light weights based on his heart problems.

Seems to be living a happy life so good for him.

How can it make any difference whether he "built a modest body before hitting the sauce"?

If you stop hormonizing completely after abusing sauce for years on end, your endocrine system is stuffed. I don't understand how he would be able to have retained something of a physique/muscles with low testosterone levels. Maybe he decided to drop the hormones completely and see if he can get by without TRT. No point training with heavy weights if that's the case.

Yeah, this whole "building a solid base naturally"-shit is completely overrated. Makes zero difference in the end, after you go off. I even tend to say, if u wanna get on stage, the sooner you hop on the sauce the better, no need to waste time.

To be totally fair, he doesn't look like complete shit.

I see a decent chest under that shirt - compared to an average man.

And he is way wider than Mr Olympia.

Who cares if he didn't retain a bloated gut and those bb midgety legs ???

And its always the people who are absolutely nothing without the drugs. If you can bench press 225 20 or 30 times and are muscular years after drugs than you have a base.

If you struggle to bench 225 and are not muscular, you have failed and have no base.

20 to 30 times with 225 is still a stretch, I say 10-15 times u are pretty good given clean and don't work out as much

That's funny how I used to think that "drugs were just the finishing touch" But, I am glad because I trained hard as a "natty" thinking that I would one day start the juice. But I was never really natural because in those days you could get all the good ephidrine you wanted; and I think some of those muscle teck suppss had steroids in it. The original cell tech for example. There had to be something in that. I also took prohormones thinking "all natural" lol and lots of tribulus. In those days, the tribulus was effective. But, then again, there might have been something in it as they were know to "spike" supps in those days.  :o

That is true, but cmon if you weigh over 200lbs and struggle to hit 225 for over 20, maybe give up your dream.

I was always a shit bencher and would get 20-30 reps w it even just on mono creatine and no drugs for months if not years.
