HAHA nothing bro…not intentionally Im just usually too lazy/burnt out by the end of my workouts to do them. They're pretty underdeveloped …I regret it because Im reasonably lean, if I trained them consistently Id look way better with the shirt off.
If I do 20 reps of hyperextensions, I do 2 x 20 reps of crunches. It is good for the muscle balance. First 20 crunches I do straight, next 20 with twisting side to side. I usually do 5 sets of hyperextensions, so there is also lot of crunches to do..
