Fix your back problems
« on: August 11, 2015, 12:19:20 PM »
so Ive always had sub par posture since I fucked up my back deadlifting years ago. I've been doing reverse hyperextensions religiously, the machine rotates the disks and fills the spinal column with spinal fluid. Followed with stretching, foam rolling, and my posture has improved significantly.  Finally can do a bent over row with  no lower back pain either, measured myself at an official 5'11 1/2 today. I regained roughly 3/4 an inch of lost height I was losing from shitty posture and a previous back injury.

Moral of the story- reverse hyper extensions are amazing for back problems find yourself a gym that has one.

Look mate, you just dont talk like you do at 22, people at 22 dont say "years ago", there is no such thing as a long time when you are 22, you would more likely have said, a couple of years ago, or been more specific

I did my back "years ago", it was 1988

Ours arrives in 4-6weeks. We're equipping our gym with an EliteFTS collegiate rack for a total of three racks. A reverse hyper, belt squat and more specialty bars. Other than the rack ,the remainder is all Westside.

And what do you do for abs? If you are religiously stimulating your lower back, gluteus etc., you should stimulate your abs in same way to prevent further problems.

HAHA  nothing bro…not intentionally Im just usually too lazy/burnt out by the end of my workouts to do them. They're pretty underdeveloped :-\…I regret it because Im reasonably lean,   if I trained them consistently  Id look way better with the shirt off.

Have the Westside Barbell reverse hyper.  Best thing ever for back pain, and adding weight to your squat and deadlift, and development of the gluteus, hams, and lower back.
