so Ive always had sub par posture since I fucked up my back deadlifting years ago. I've been doing reverse hyperextensions religiously, the machine rotates the disks and fills the spinal column with spinal fluid. Followed with stretching, foam rolling, and my posture has improved significantly. Finally can do a bent over row with no lower back pain either, measured myself at an official 5'11 1/2 today. I regained roughly 3/4 an inch of lost height I was losing from shitty posture and a previous back injury.
Moral of the story- reverse hyper extensions are amazing for back problems find yourself a gym that has one.
