In order to make it palatable for TV, they could do features on competitors (training and lifestyle) and then show a few seconds of their routines and then the confirmation rounds. That would be interesting. Kind of get to know them and that minimizes some of the hideousness since they are humanized.

Do it more reality docudrama  style than an actual contest. You would also need more of the charismatic people to participate. Who is charismatic and personable in figure, fitness, mpd, and wpd?



This is where it gets difficult as they're beyond depleted. You have to understand these guys have burnt the candle on both ends for a long ass time to look like that.

Ha, indeed, I've never known anyone but a hardened gym rat that knows "The Olympia"  is actually "The Olympia". Mr.USA, Mr. America, and Mr. Olympia are all interchangeable, and are one in the same to most people.

Yes I know that but if you have personality and a chance to get more exposure you better turn that ish up! They could follow people during prep, film training footage, interview with family/trainers. Make it more interesting

You've always got a few people who know how to turn it on

Showing training clips, stuff like that would generate interest for sure. I'd just do a line of coke before going on stage to "entertain".
