Both mighty strong MoFos, but O'Hearns strength at that kind of conditioning year round is just ridicolous, probably unheared of.

Efferdings form looks horrible btw. Like some kind of GoodMornings-variation with a rounded back. Blows out my intervertebral discs just from watching that guy.

why bother? just risk injury and put excessive wear on joints. jay used to squat heavy then just went for reps with 100kgs. try doing 20 reps with 100kgs and see how you feel at the end of that...
