LOL@you thinking you know what's best for others. 2.5k cals? Not even sure the last time I went that low.

Your gym mentality shows you don't train very smart as 2hrs is bullshit. So how about taking your own advice and leave the stone ages with them 2hr "trainings"?

tell me more Dorian Yates about your 45 minute HIT sessions and your 4000 calorie maintenance days...I bet you are 250 shredded pounds of beef!!!

I just poured myself my first Crown and Diet Coke with a splash of lime on ice a few minutes ago. Gonna fire up the grill tonight, swim, and get lit up - it was leg day today Bros!

Sounds good brah. I remember when I was doing Strongman I would throw 4 or 5 T-Bones on the grill, and that was just for me! Lol

Ive been eating about 2k per day. Hit about 187 and stalled out, but i look and feel great. Still dont have the hard, thin skin look that i want so i cant start to blast gear and grow lean yet..
Basically, im a one huge cookie binge away from blowing up and looking like shit. For endos who have skinny fat genes, its a challenge. I will sat IIFYm (actually more just calorie control) has allowed me to live life And not worry about carb shit, fat shit, bb bro foods, etc...and guess what, i look the same if not fuckin better than i did when i was consumed with that epic time wasting

Actually my Martial Arts training keeps me pretty darn fit. And adding the powerlifting routine, forget about it. I'm one ripped dude.
