Daily caloric intake
« on: June 25, 2015, 10:47:23 AM »
My caloric intake varies depending on what's going on that day. If I'm just doing "the usual" (powerlifting, karate, conducting business deals,) I usually getbabout 3500 calories. If I'm adding some heavy manual labor at one of my properties to that, I tend to grab about 5000 calories. When I was doing strongman competition, it could be upwards towards 10,0000 calories.

When I'm just handling my offshore accounts 2,500 does me.

When visiting dubai it's a little higher due to all the caviar and champagne on my jet. But I tend to burn that off banging multiple 11's.

When I'm going to war in the gym it'll be over 10k. I need the extra for intense training and signing autographs.

I tend to grab about two of your whore-mother's sloppy hooters and two of her butt-cheeks.

If you're selling those things to the govt, they are in fact multi-million dollar properties as far as Uncle Sam is concerned.

2000-2500

For most of my life, I've tried to stay in this range.  When 'bulking' I was up to 6500 daily for some stretches, though on average probably 4500-5000.

Both are kind of miserable.  3000 would probably be good for me, but I can't bring myself to be that 'relaxed'.

I could probably easily add another 500-600 cals without even noticing, but I am not losing weight right now and I really don't want to increase my cardio (boring!).

When I was doing Strongman I was getting around 10,000 per day. Living in the fridge, as we used to say. But I was moving some serious tonnage, so my metabolism was through the roof with the workouts.

LOL most of you eat way more than you actually need...I maintain single digit b.f. levels on my 200 pound frame with only about 2500 calories/day ....working at a computer all day...I train hard 2 hrs in the gym 6 days a week....stupid meat head mentality : if x amount of something is good than 10X that amount must be better....

LOL@you thinking you know what's best for others. 2.5k cals? Not even sure the last time I went that low.

Your gym mentality shows you don't train very smart as 2hrs is bullshit. So how about taking your own advice and leave the stone ages with them 2hr "trainings"?

Has been absent for some time.  Would be great timing for his return, the tiny-tits are running a bit wild lately.

You never ate anywhere near 10,000 calories per day your entire life.  Stop lying.

Actually my Martial Arts training keeps me pretty darn fit. And adding the powerlifting routine, forget about it. I'm one ripped dude.

I guess pics of your supposed magnificence would be out if the question. Like so many pretenders before you, I am sure that you've got an arsenal of reasons why you won't post them.
