Just now I manage to complete a rep that I thought I absolutely would not get. And I don't mean partially complete it. But fully complete it.

Front lateral raises also started off real good just now. I decided to do 4 sets and then return to shoulder presses again. and then back to front raises. and then external rotation. and then traps.

Then I will see what is next.

It felt like I could have done one more rep, but for some reason I didn't. I am now back to shoulder presses.

But I am doing shrugs 112 so far, aiming for 168 in three sets total.
