Well this is for my psychologist and I hate to lie,yio know how they frown upon that shit.

She`ll say that`s the cause of my anxiety and depression even though I`ve been living with these issues most of my life and was diagnosed as having them way back in 1997 or so.

I had a pretty rough life,but nowhere near as bad as a lot of people I know.
