Perhaps Adonis, sarcasm, et al., can shed some light on this.   ;D

I remember in an MD interview with Rick Collins, John Romano and Dave, they all said he didn't lose much in jail.

of course they did...that claim falls under the likes of " i only take 600mg/week

plus IGF has been shown to cause muscle hyperplesia
Tren has been said to perm shut down cortisol receptors..so they might not have lost as much as most would..

carpe` vaginum!

Roids are for pussies! Boys who are afraid of their own genetics. Do it the real way like a man!

And max out at 200-210?  I don't see the point.

You really can't max out! There are always ways to get bigger naturally!

picking on Tom is really weak, the guy is fighting for his life. probably not concerned about packing extra pounds on right now.
however, steroids are as effective as your genetics #1, dedication to diet #2, and training #3 are.
I get so tired of arguing this BS conversation. yea they work how good depends on the person, the amount, etc. will it make me hit 73 homeruns probably not.

Genetics can be broken down into genetics for gaining muscle and genetics for responding to steroids.

Despite what Joe Meeko and Dennis James say, the champ would not still be the champ if roids were out of the picture.  Response to gear brings in a whole new variable.

I do not disagree with you one bit, but they are there to improve competition and performance. Like Arnold said I use the things around me to win. If you run track and your school has a high tech training facility and equipment and shoes and a track and the opposing team doesnt is it cheating or unfair advantage?

well you might not be a professional baseball player, but brady anderson might beg to differ with you after he belted 50 home runs in 1996 when he'd hit only 16, 12 and 13 homers in his previous three seasons.

perhaps the effectiveness of roids increased a sense of confidance to use ability that was already in place. humm. dont we lift more with a training partner or being motivated than alone. hey i hear ya but not strong argument. how many nba players are the shit in college get to nba and fizzle untilt hey get their rhytmn. i hear you though.

Who are these 'tards saying you don't have to train, or training doesn't mean anything when on 'roids?

They enable to to train 2x, 3x, 4x + times harder, longer and more frequently.

Why do you think you see all the natural guys (real, honest, natural) talk so much about working a single body part 1x/week, and shit like that? It takes that long to recover when you're not jucing.

Taking roids you can work the same bodypart 2x or 3x/week -- and grow in proportion (so you grow 2x or 3x as fast).

::)

...maybe that's why all you who juice w/o knowing what you're doing don't get anywhere, get frustrated, pissed at the pros, and quit...
