Obummer is going to make some kind of push for gun control similar to 2013 early next year, book it. if congress is not with him he will do some kind of EO bs.
the bigger threat tho is if Hillary wins...shes at least as radical as Obama and if she wins, their side will see it as having momentum and a 'mandate' and then shit will get real. many on the left- including her- are now openly talking about wanting confiscation; this is huge news because for decades they have been keeping this obvious desire secret and standing behind their chipping-away strategy, saying 'no one wants to take your guns' (parroted endlessly by their minions everywhere, including on this board). they have now let what we have been saying all along out into the open- that their end goal is in fact, confiscation/an end to the 2nd amendment.
they do not have the votes now but if hildabeast wins and the senate flips, they will go for it.

Amending the constitution isn't an easy process, but they will push the envelope as far as they can.

I think their strategy will just be to push as many ticky-tack regulations/fees/bureaucratic mess as they can to make anything gun-ownership related as onerous and expensive as possible, using EO's as much as necessary. if Hillary wins, this is what we can look forward to. if an American wins, all this mess will finally go away for a while.

Just to clarify, are you saying Hillary Clinton isn't an American?

technically she is of course, but her core ideology is not American, and she does not believe in American exceptionalism and cares little for American sovereignty nor for the constitution, so I don't consider her to be pro-American in any real sense. like Obama she is 'citizen of the world' type globalist leftist loon.

This may be, however a lot of Citizens of the US seem to agree with her on a lot of things.

I don't agree with gun control on any level, but apparently a lot of fucking people in the US do.

I don't understand it, and I feel like everyone around me is crazy, but a lot of people are on board.

1) They don't know history
2) They are pepper with the leftist crap 24/7 by the news
3) They have guilt, and are looking for some cause to give their life meaning
4) They are young, have had everything handed to them
5) They come from a zero responsibility generation, so its not the persons fault its and inanimate object
6) They are just plain ignorant

I'm glad that its finally out there....people can see what the libs stand for. I'm also shocked at the amount of senior law enforcement from around the country that are almost demanding that CCP folks actually carry.

This crap will die down.

Most reasonable people know making guns illegal wouldn't stop any of what has happened.

Assault weapons bans will come and go.

New laws will be proposed to make it look like something is being done.

There will always be some left retard calling for gun bans.  There will always be pacifists supporting it.

And it will, when tragedy strikes, be newsworthy.

I'm glad. I wish they would promote more open carry.

Virginia -  In Virginia, the open carrying of certain handguns is prohibited in specific populous cities and counties
53.Virginia prohibits the open carrying of certain types of loaded rifles and shotguns in specific populous cities and counties.

Just be careful..no sense in getting your crap taken. I'm not open carrying when Texas goes into affect. I might go from carrying my .40 to my sig king scorpion .45 as people won't freak as much....but its kinda stupid otherwise.

Yeah, there are some city and county ordinances. Most people just become criminals then.

It's stupid, but that's what it is.

I'm pretty much Charlton Heston about it.

There is a difference between a ban and confiscation, previous bans have not confiscated any guns...confiscation is a different animal

Hendry county sheriff in FL said it.   My social feeds are on fire with people loving and sharing it.  I love it.

Ya know what else I love?   Whenever there is an attack (which I do hate), I am very proud to see the local law enforcement response.  All over schools, grocery stores... eyes up, being vigilant, invovled and guarding our society.  I love it.  Before this, cops were usually in their cars, drinking coffee, eyes on phones and laptops.  They're being vigiliant now.  Love it.

Its a liberal drum beat that's non stop at times like this.  And most rational people roll their eyes or are easily dissuaded from buying into some of these stupid proposals by simple cause and correlation propaganda.  for example:  Let's out law guns like we outlawed meth because it works so well.  They are not going to go around taking guns.  Of course, gun manufacturers love it.  Sales are probably going to jump up again this year.

And so we assault weapons bans until a few years ago, the issue is the stupidity is ever increasing and as we've seen in the past stupidity can be passed given the right circumstances

It's likely gun sales in 2015 will be the biggest year in US history.  $$$$$
