I agree with that. I could sell my condo and retire if I wanted to move back to the midwest.
because of today's zoning laws, it would be pretty much impossible to have a business in the location of the old Gold's, and that includes a museum. You'd need parking, which this lot doesn't have. That means a business owner would have to buy a nearby building to tear down for parking.
and again, because of parking, set-back requirements and height limitiations, apartments would be unlikely too. Perhaps you could tear it down and put 6 condos, all selling for a million or two. Most likely it will just remain a single unit house.
