There was no need for a law because the law is completely pointless.

Awful logic. Nobody cares if a true transgender uses the bathroom. This was part of what North Carolina has in place. If their license is switched to male/female, etc. then that's ok for them. If not, then too bad. At least it is some standard to show you are actually serious about it.
Obviously, you have no children or wouldnt care too much about them if you did. There have been tons of instances where it has been taken advantage of to prey/spy on females, etc.
Your logic previously that it won't stop the deviants/perverts is bad as well. It will stop some and that is fully worth it. Basically you are saying that since there are always going to be criminals we might as well roll out the red carpet. I think murder should be good to go as well since that is always going to happen in society. Might as well make it easier for them.
