i just did what's called rainbows yesterday, it's basically a halfway overhead press in front and back without full lockout, so when you look at it from the sides it looks like a fucking rainbow

it basically takes the tris out of the movement and keeps the strain/pressure on the delts
i'm weak as fuck on it, as i only did 12 reps (6 each side) with 50 kg LOL
i'd like to get up to 70-80 for 20 reps
