A complete non sequitur, but I would not expect your primate brain to understand that.
Do love your attempt at using 'mutant' as a derogatory term. Of course you would need a modicum of intelligence to grasp this basic fact, but positive mutations are how species develop. So yes, whites and asians are mutants. A good thing too, we actually continued evolving. As I have said often, the only good africans were those smart enough to decide to leave it.
