Skull crushers are the thing.
Never got nothing from pushdowns, kickbacks, French presses feel awkward too.
CGBP are ok, but nothing beats skulls.

the tricep straightens the arm, any movement done under tension with high intensity will make your triceps grow to their maximum potential, the best exercise is what stresses the muscle the most.

No. It's just to warn people about the useless training generalities that you post.

Posting useless training generalities is a waste of time. That's what I said, and I'm correct. Are you saying, that posting useless training generalities, is in some way useful?

I get it, you don't understand the difference between a claim and an argument, which makes you a piss poor debater, all big mouth.

Pretty much. Close grip bench presses for sets and reps with 335 and lose form skull crushers 3x8-12 reps 165. Made my bench press explode.

Yep, Started my serious training back in the day at Main Line Nautilus in Bryn Mawr PA.

Me too.

Roger sold the place last year.

Quite possibly the best selection of high end machines in the United States.

Roger was closed minded to machines outside the realm of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and MedX.

While I feel those lines were the best for their time, there were always a few great pieces from Flex, BodyMasters and Strive.

I realy do wish they were a common thing,,,wonder why they aren't,,I've never seen one in person and only rarely seen them in videos and whatnot,,,,I think seeing Dorian use it in blood and guts gave me a huge boner for it,,

I actually think there's one at a gym about 30 minutes from me,,,coincidentally it is also Jason bloho's gym LOL
