I did some clean and presss', hopefully the first of many. First time I had touched a weight in years...

my son and i went today it was great no one there hahaha had a great arm workout , and also got to spend some great time with my son ..........

there was this guy with a beard&man bun combo who stank the whole place up, probably hadn't washed his clothes for a month  :-X
