yes so its the first day of 2017
and since i dont miss a day and sundays is gym day of course i was at the gym
not a lot of people, some new faces:
one retard skipping rope, seems to me the only thing that exercise is your balls.
after that (of course) he went on and hit the heavy bag for a few seconds
his buddy was training his neck, up and down using the lateral raises machine (!)
i did back and then went for some smith machine
curls presses. some fat dude asked if he could train, i said not now chief and he walked away. after i was done i expected him to come and take over but he was leaving the gym altogether
then i did some machine lateral raises, i did them with really low weight for two reasons - one because im weak and two because i otherwise usually just want to get them over with, this time i did them really slow and if the burn in any way corrolates with muscle growth, then thats the way to go.
i hit some shrugs and hammer curls. then it was time for legs, legpress followed by supersetting leg extensions with leg curls - overall a 5/5 workout
