Tell my your pros and cons to the DC training principle.  I am thinking of trying it for a while to see how far it gets me.

since when is it a marketing tool? doggcrapp has a loyal following and we dont pay a dime. it worked wonderfully well for me a couple years ago when i had plataeu'ed. i occasionally go back to it to switch things up, and i always love it. i owe Danta one he's a smart guy.

making tool, meaning to promote him self as a innovator. someone who will change the face of training. and trust me he makes money from it not by selling the program in that sense but by all the clients that hell get from it.

I don't really get what you're trying to say.  Is it a good program?  Yes.  Did Dante innovate anything?  Well it depends how you look at it.  Dante took alot of different aspects of training and figured out what worked and how to combine them.  Yes, extreme stretching is probably derived from Parillo's fascia stretching fromt he early 90's but it's not excactly the same.
I don't see him marketing himself as an innovator or anything.  If anything he does not seek out credit.  He'll give you advice for free over on IM and mostly everything he says makes sense.  He trains people for money but what's wrong with that?

Bottom line:  It's a very effective program..but you need to really understand what training to failure is all about..anyone can follow the program but it will not be effective unless you understand that you are pounding the shit out of your muscles when you train them.

DC training is great! Dante started the 'cycles for pennies' thread years ago, just to help others reaching their goals. All the info on DC training you can find at intensemuscle.com under the DOGG Pound section, for free. The program is effective, and that's why people ask/pay Dante to train them, even though 90-95% is out on the internet. He turns down more than he'll ever accept. That's saying something, doesn't it?
It is a really hardcore program and it's not easy, but the rewards are great.

Peace
D

Get some knowledge about training and how muscles grow and recover and then maybe you'll see the light.
