What do you think of this mid/lower pec workout?

Flat Bench presses  -6 sets of 4
Decline Bench presses -6 sets of 4
Weighted Dips -6 sets of 6-8


Im taking a break from all incline movements and flye movements

Yeah, I would say incline is more important than decline.  You get a good incline program combined with a good flat your lower pec will develope naturally.

Might want to drop the declines and focus on the dips (weighted). Use DB's, in the flat bench, rather than a BB and work for a full stretch. If you think that inclines don't get the mid pec, than you would be mistaken. Bent arm pullovers & press also hit he mid/lower pec's strongly. Good Luck.

Dude you need incline. Upper chest accounts for most of your muscle bulk.  Declines not necessary.  Not many body builders do declines if you check around at your gym.  Most guys i see doing declines are power lifters.  Your lower chest definately will develop naturally. Cut the declines and add Inclines. And see what happens.

yea everybody is right, Incline are way more important than declines. If its that important do all three presses.

the more incline, the more delts involement, I think it's a myth that you can isolate individual areas of your chest.
