How long does it take you to recover from a drinking session?

One Friday night session after week of work, takes a day to recover. You maybe fairly ok by evening.

Saturday, after a good nights sleep is already different. If you start early you can be back home early.
Heavy dinner and good sleep. Hung over but nothing major. Swimming etc.

From friday evening to sunday morning. Monday goes by like semi coma. Tuesday you feel bloated like a pig. Wednesday might be able to train.

Teens and early 20's was drink till I couldn't drink no more hitting the clubs. Next day wake up and do it again. Drinking heavy really destroys your nerves. Eventually it it destroys your body too.

I still over do it from time to time but normally I know when to shut it down to keep my health intact. I try to limit drinking to twice a week. You can be in shape and enjoy alcohol if you don't drink like you're a college idiot.  4 to 5 drinks and I can recover from that that. Any more then I'm hurting the next day. Ever see faces of meth?  I saw one called faces of alcohol where heavy drinkers gave up alcohol and it looked like they were 10 years younger.

Never drank, and don't do recreational drugs. I like  be in control of my senses as quite a bit of mad shit seems to always happen to me, and despite what ESFitness says, jail isn't all that.
