Painting in my area is expensive,we do painting,carpentry,roofing,siding etc...Did a 2700 sf house interior a few weeks ago for 16500 including paint.Took 4 days.5 bedroom,3.5 bathroom,living,dining,kitchen,office,two stairwells and two hallways.

I don’t sub anything out.They are my guys and some are insured thru me and a couple bring their own insurance.

I don’t hire Mexicans.Just cause most of my clientele are rich white people and don’t want them on the property from my experiences.

I don’t know euro prices but I have done rooms at 250 each of just walls and not huge rooms if person has given me lots of business.
