If you are actively working out and dieting to achieve/maintain a bodybuilder/fitness type physique, how much do you drop on supps and diet? When I say diet, I mean approx $$$ ofc and stuff that you probably wouldnt buy if your primary concern wasn't gainzzz.

Which, to me, is an even stranger response because the only supplement I personally mentioned throughout this thread was protein. So much so, that I was wondering if I was limiting the scope of the conversation. There was even an extended back and forth about the value of protein.

Meanwhile, I was in the bathroom a little while ago and thought why not? I left the building to post a picture of tilapia a few weeks ago.

u look like shit. u should remove the tats, cut the test dose in half, drop the tren and gh, and then maybe locate a squat rack

You can’t force the muscles to grow by eating excessive amounts of protein

A good balanced diet with sufficient macros / micros / vits & mins plenty of water

If you could gain 10lbs of lean quality muscle in 1yr
that’s 160oz less than half an oz per day.
1oz = 28.34grams
That’s less than 14grams
So what’s the other 300/400/500 grams of protein doing

Just stressing your kidneys & being excreted
& Turning to fat.

^This should be turned into a sticky on GetBig. Many bodybuilders go overboard on protein just like runners go overboard on carbs. The protein powder industry just loves that.
