I started running when the pandemic hit. I'm used to box/karate/muay thai and jumping rope, but it's nothing compared to running, it's brutal if you are heavy. After your body gets used to it, it's amazing, I don't care about speed and I try to keep it in the zone 2. I'm currently 240lbs and my legs can't take it, I'm trying to drop to about 220lbs.

I'm noticing more and more of these articles telling us exercise kills us as does eating meat, taking vitamins, etc. I think they want to convince to stop taking care of ourselves so we die sooner.

Then he overcharged her because he used up more than the allotted appointment time talking about shit she wasn't there to discuss while not giving her answers about what she was there to discuss. She was so upset that I had to make chicken marbella just to get a damn handjob on the couch.

I believe he drinks raw milk pre workout, with the sugar preventing this.

Could be wrong though.

For me, frequent running was the only thing that raised my HDL.

A goat farmer once told me that goats are sensitive creatures. In the sense that they'll quit producing milk if they're unwell, as opposed to a cow which will keep giving milk even if they have TB. Reasoning that raw goat's milk is safer than raw cow milk.

I've had it and it's not gamey at all if the goats have a good diet. Also didn't have any digestive issues which are an issue with store bought cow milk. The farm is out of my way tho so I gave it up.

Raw goat milk is great as well, supposedly the closest thing to human breast milk, but what you said is store bought cows milk, of course you and 90% of the adult population have digestive issues with Pasturized cows milk because the Pasturization process kills all the healthy enzymes and bacteria that help digest and process the lactose. Which is why we're discussing raw milk, completely different ball game, raw milk =  liquid dbol. More like liquid IGF because it actually does increase IGF 1, it's loaded with growth factors.

Im only onterested in heart health and specifically B/P.

I don't want to waste any muscle at my age. So I don't want to do anymore than is necessary to maintain  good b/p.

For getting ultra lean I believe that is one hundred percent diet. Im naturally pretty lean to begin with.
Keto,  are you usually "flat" when you workout? Is that ever an issue? When I was doing keto and a lot of cardio a few years back I was pretty much a stringbean, a little more musclebound than a sprinter but fairly small and for the love of god I could not achieve a 'pump' when I lifted.

I believe the muscle wasting is largely overblown primarily because those with the highest aptitude for distance running are skinny to start. Sure if you do crazy volume you’ll start to lose some muscle but most don’t do that much.
