Your mother is the GOAT at carpark blowjobs. She's had more cocks than an antique shotgun.

Not a fan of the normal cardio done inside on treadmills and stuff. But I do it anyway during the winter.
(And 2 days a week of  the Airdyne/Interval stuff).

3 seasons out of the year, we go for daily 1-hour walks w/ Buddy the Wonder Dog.
He moves quick, makes us work and keep up. Our neighborhood is filled with hills so its a very good workout.
In summer, long walks in sand as well. (Beach bums).

I could care less about fat loss. Mainly done to strengthen heart muscle.
At this age, longevity sounds good right about now...

Also, Mo wins the battle of "your Ma sucks caulk" jokes here. He normally owns people at a master level.
Great poster (or peace)...

PIP

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-4988992/amp/Too-exercise-kill-white-man.html

You see? This! This is what I'm talking about. The 'study' flies in the face of everything we know about exercise.

I'd be truly curious to knowa few things about this study.

I guess 1st- what was the percentage of the ethnicities involved? If out of 3,715 participants only 20 or 30 were black then that would be a statistical anomaly.

Next I'd ask whete were the participants recruited from? For example were these people who were on a workout program because of a family hx of coronary disease or at risk of obesity or were these college students.

Then how were these numbers tracked over 25 years? Who in the fuck can say with certainty that they've worked out 7.5 hours a week for 25 years? I mean thats an hour a day every single day for 25 years.

Now I also understand that that's an AVERAGE so some participants may have worked out 15 hours a week for 25 years while others may have worked out less than one hour a week but the average, over the course of 25 years, is 7.5. So is it the people in the study that actually worked out less that developed CAC?

Or a participant, for example worked out 15 hrs a week for the first 7 years of the study, then 5-7 hrs for the next 10 years of the study. Then not at all for the last 8 years of the study, which is when he developed CAC?

So many other factors: what kind of exercise, quality control, truthful reporting,  diet, regional factors.

"There are lies, damn lies and statistics"- Mark Twain.

Walking 11 minutes per day will lower your risk of stroke, heart disease and some cancers by 23%; hope this helps.

No, it doesn't help.

You still don't understand, Dillon, do you?

Studies like that are for / in regard to 80yo inactive fucks, NOT active bodybuilders (people who already exercise).

A few things that cardio benefits is increased insulin sensitivity and definitely increases appetite, never understood why a lot of off-season bodybuilders cut out cardio completely and then complain about having no appetite. One thing specifically with swimming is it makes me ravenous hungry and makes me sleep like a baby.

I've done all types of cardio, but swimming just makes you insanely hungry, which is probably why Michael Phelps was able to eat 10,000 calories a day training for the Olympics.

LOL this

sucks being ripped (at times).

Even drying yourself with a towel is a pain in the ass. Missing / struggling to wipe 23% of the remaining water drops on your skin/bod because they're in brutal cuts..
Wish I was in Shitzo-like shape after showering or when swimming or in a car/bike accident or when it's cold....

Running a lot makes you hungry af. There’s even a name for it, “Runger.”

With regard to how much, if you just want to be reasonably fit, about 1/2 hour 3x a week is fine.

But if you’re interested in performance, the more the better. It’s kind of like getting a tan. If you go to the beach 3x a week you’ll have a decent tan but if you want the deepest darkest tan possible, you gotta go every day.

Im only onterested in heart health and specifically B/P.

I don't want to waste any muscle at my age. So I don't want to do anymore than is necessary to maintain  good b/p.

For getting ultra lean I believe that is one hundred percent diet. Im naturally pretty lean to begin with.

Keto,  are you usually "flat" when you workout? Is that ever an issue? When I was doing keto and a lot of cardio a few years back I was pretty much a stringbean, a little more musclebound than a sprinter but fairly small and for the love of god I could not achieve a 'pump' when I lifted.

I believe he drinks raw milk pre workout, with the sugar preventing this.

Could be wrong though.

For me, frequent running was the only thing that raised my HDL.

Increased appetite, better sleep. Something also happens when you get a good sweat and get a good workout that lifting doesn't provide. I just feel better. Cross country skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, mountain climbing.

I drink raw milk pre and post workout, so in total I get around 40 grams of carbs a day, I also salt all my meals, and drink a pre-workout concoction of unflavored Citrulline/unflavored beta alanine, and a packet of unflavored LMNT electrolytes. I get crazy pumps dude, pump is all about hydration. Most people who do keto are not supplementing with electrolytes, this is key you gotta stay on top of sodium/potassium/magnesium and don't overly drink water, the more water you drink the more you piss/flush out minerals. I only drink when thirsty. They days I swim, I'm on meat and eggs only, no raw milk.

Raw milk is liquid dbol bro!

It feels that way.  One cup before workout mixed with coffee and some pure maple syrup, one after.

Lower carb, some fruit, and well sourced meats morning and night.

Not committing to keto, but slowly phasing out the non fruit carbs to start.

There's tons of growth factors in raw milk, it's literally designed to grow a baby calf into a 600lb cow, so it's great for adding size, also great for hydration as well.
