In one of Dave's latest videos he claims that if he started training again and eating six meals a day he would gain 25-30lbs of muscle in 6-8 weeks. Claims he's not even on TRT.

Check out Fouad Abiad’s YouTube channel (like Dave was a long time ago/ gives great information... great interviews and podcast’s .. the “ bodybuilding and bollocks “ podcast has me laughing out loud)
