The plates have arrived.

44 cents a pound, free shipping, on doorstep less than 24 hrs after order.

There is no way this is profitable.

Ironat - you are on the hook for an explanation.

Walmart is a generous company and loves people who lift weights and/or eat eggs.

Just got delivery of the bumpers.
They look good.  Unbelievable deal for $22.
I'm going to use them as practice plates out in my garage so they won't have a hard life and get dropped.

The pricing on the various weights varies.
For example, a pair of 45s is $89 or $.95/lb.
55lb plates are $.60/lb.

Doesn't make a lot of sense.

I'd buy a couple 45s if they were $.44/lb. like the 25s.

Yeah.  I got a full set of Rogue bumpers & Pendlay elite off facebook at a tremendous discount.

So I have a ton, was looking for used steel plates, but couldn't pass this up.

Ironat,

I opened the bumpers.  They are great.

However, the pic in the link shows them as yellow.

But the ones I got are green.

And, I actually prefer green because my Rogue 25s are green as well.

But I don't like being deceived.

So I am conflicted.

Please speak on this.

Mine are green too.

Certainly, Walmart,  being an honorable company, made an honest mistake.

I never used to buy anything other that food items at the grocery store. But I tried some jeans that were like 4 times cheaper than elsewhere, some cargo pants too. Some commented that the pants looked nice. I don't need the expensive brands just for the logo. I hate any type of logo on tshirts too. Am I getting paid to be an advert?  :D
