To be honest my knee slipped again just walking yesterday. It is difficult to explain its like the lower and upper leg do not move together and I can feel the bones sliding across where the meniscus used to be extremely unstable. I would be wearing a sleeve to walk around town the last few days if I had one. I can not walk upstairs with my left leg first I have to step with the right leg as when I put the oleft leg up first the knee often slips. However the knee was feeling good a month ago so I left my old sleeves at snowshoe when I went mountain biking. I do plan to continue to increase the squats though but I am going to wait for a sleeve. I have had 2 knee slips in the last 4 days. If it slips bad it will partial tear and fill with fluid so far not too bad but it is scary when it happens. So yeah today I will remain at 225 for reps and sets. Once I get a sleeve I may increase the weight. But having some instability already
