Don’t know what your missing, a burger without Mayo is not a burger.
I just can't handle it, something about mayo on hot food to me is gross.
If i cook the burger myself i don't put any condiments on it. Just cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles and sometimes jalapenos.
When i was younger and heavy into power lifting, i used to eat the ultimate cheeseburgers from Jack in the Box. They had mayo and i used to eat two of them on Saturday's after our power training day. I remember my first power lifting meet i had to drop from 245 down to 220 in order to be in a more competitive class. After dieting for a few weeks and dehydrating myself for 24 hours i made weight, then i had two of the those burgers.

Today i couldn't even eat one.
