I've been eating very low card for about 1 1/2 years. Very little gas if any since I've been eating low carb.
In fact the only time I get gas is when I cheat and eat a lot of carbs.
The day I ate 10 raw eggs was the same day I ate a lot of carbs, my cheat day.
Same here, low carb is great isn稚 it? Much better bowel movements much less gas, generally feel much better.
Same here. Very meat heavy keto consistently for almost 3 years, no gas, no bloating, and infrequent small easy to pass stools.
The only time I get gas now is if I eat something with sugar alcohols or fiber in it. Because I'm no longer used to that gassy, bloated feeling, it feels terrible and makes me never want to cheat or get off this way of eating.
