It's not that the delts are too big, it's the torso that is "too slight" in this pic.  :DThis is where many would say, "he needs to bring up his back" or whatever. No, these are the proportions he has to work with, there is no changing it. Only overall size can be changed.

I think this guy has a good look considering how tall he is. Very hard to bodybuild being so tall.
