The IFBB has been handing out pro cards like candy for a little over a decade now. I'm not remotely surprised he has an "IFBB Pro Card".

I'd be more surprised if someone in that shape didn't have a pro card from one of the divisions.

He looks a bit slight in the upper body for the bodybuilding division [even 212-lb], but I'm not remotely surprised that he is a pro. As I said, I'd be surprised if he wasn't...

Initially I thought so but I think he is well balanced. You can always find faults but like you said, it's not surprising he's a pro. I'd say most 212 pros are worse than this in the balance department. But I've only seen these pics and maybe he looks worse in others, on stage, etc.

He doesn't have overwhelming mass but he's a good example of a guy who has "good genetics" for competitive bodybuilding, the structure is there.

In pics his height looks to be under 5ft - mind Kamal is 5ft 5in & Lunsford 5ft6ish
& both won 212 & looked damn good.

Its that body proportion & he has some of the dwarf proportions going on.

It is as you said, it is due to his proportions some of which are quite dwarfish.
