Have you ever tried this Powertec maxi crunch  ???

What's your opinion ?

Haven't tried it. It looks ok but as crunch machines go id have to actually try it out a few times before i could tell.  I only use crunch machines once in awhile.  Be intrerested in hearing about other people whove used it before.

For it's price....it's not too bad.  Seems to isolate & target the middle & upper section of the abs.


For an ab "apparatus"...........on a scale 1-10 (10 being the best)......I'll rate it a 7 1/2 - 8.
