The way things are going soon you will get more time for using the wrong pronouns.

Thankfully i am old and not having to grow up in the society of today or having to see how society will become in 50 years

I don't care if the dog is mad when it attacks me. I want it dead. The result outweighs any excuse.  This new liberal thinking excusing criminal behavior with mental illness is mental illness itself.

This has nothing to do with liberalism.   There was plenty of evidence but prosecutional misconduct led to the 7 years to life prison sentence.  She still ended up doing over 50 years.   Newsom and other governors held up her release as best as they could but the courts stepped in and put an end to it.  There has to be due process of the law in place and its hard to make a case for a 73 year old crusty old woman is a danger to society.

Yes, she did a horrible thing but she was in a cult, she was brainwashed....that's the way cults works.  She would have been released sooner if she wasn't attached to the Manson Family.   The only thing left in her life is to pretty much die and get thrown into a hole or cremated.

Respectfully disagree. She participated in a murder. Being "Brainwashed" is still her responsibility. Murderers who kill strangers, especially premeditated, lose any right to be a part of society. If the Death Sentence can't be reached, which would be the best answer, they don't deserve to see the light of day outside a prison. I don't care the age. They didn't care about the person they murdered seeing the next day. Screw em.
