Yup. Lou was better than Robby at the Master's O but Lou had those fakeass calves and was probably also being punished for being associated with the WBF so he never got any Mr. O title of any kind. If Lou had competed in the early 80s he would have crushed Franco and Dickerson.

At 327lbs Lou was just "Big Louie" only bigger.
