Lou was a good bit heavier, so it goes to him. Arnold had the better presentation due to genetics.

It would have been great if Arnold and Lou both trained at the original Gold’s Gym leading up to the 1975 Mr Olympia. The gym footage would’ve been epic. And hilarious too.
