I don't know that it can be as easily dismissed as you're claiming.  I heard it on multiple news networks.  It occurred to me, due to the gruesome nature, that it was propaganda. 

But just because Hamas MAY not have beheaded babies doesn't mean that they're great people.  They're murderers and terrorists.

I didn't know Biden had commented on it. However he weighs In on a topic is totally worthless. He's totally worthless in every sense of the word except for his ill gotten financial gains.

Either way, if the nicest thing you can say about Hamas is they may not have beheaded babies then I wouldn't be too concerned about their reputation anyway.
