Nobody turns over files that would help to incriminate themselves.   Not only that, this check was written in 2018 when Joe was out of office and was a private citizen.   Hunters emails show that he was using his father's name as leverage for business dealings.  All of the coorespondence only has either Hunter Biden's name on it, his brother James Biden and a few say Robert Biden.  They are private citizens so they conduct business as they please.   The FD-1023 form is meaningless because its a form used for UNVERIFIED REPORTS.   I can fill out one saying that you killed Bin Laden.   Allegations is not proof

This is somewhat of a rhetorical question, but what product or service was the Biden family providing in exchange for the millions of dollars they received and why did they funnel the money through 20 LLCs, numerous banks, and numerous Biden family members?

When a DA can run on convicting someone of a felony, then basically manufacture a trial to gain political favor, it's a weaponization of the system.

The DA does not convince 'someone' they must convince a Grand Jury which is comprised of a minimum of seven people that there is enough evidence to bring charges. When the person (Trump) is charged, the DA must convince a jury of their peers and/or a judge. Trials are not manufactured like a product. There is a precise process required to bring a possible crime to trial.

In your opinion, explain how the process outlined above can be construed as 'weaponization of the system'. What political favor was or will be gained in these cases? Trump remains the front runner according to the poles. If political favor was gained, wouldn't it follow that Biden would be ahead in the polls?

You could very possibly be right about this. Although I suspect President Biden is healthier than some folks posting here like to believe. Either way 2024 is bound to be an interesting year politically. Trump is a couple of years younger than President Biden, but at our age, each day counts. Trump clearly has a type A personality.

For many years, studies have shown that folks with a type A personality are under more stress and therefore much more likely to suffer a heart attack. Maybe it is just a stunt, but Trump seems to get really worked up at his rallies and on Truth Social. Despite that we read Biden has a foul mouth, he seems much more laid back.

He also takes time to hit the beach and even braves going shirtless. I cannot begin to imagine Trump visiting a beach wearing only a pair of swim trunks. Yuck, what do you suppose his waist measurement is? My guess is 40” or more. -Read somewhere that he likely has a BMI of over 30. With his complexion his skin already looks very red. He is most likely a person who sunburns easily.

He will probably be impeached by the House, but there is no way he will be convicted and removed by the Senate.  Not a single Democrat will vote to impeach or convict/remove Biden, regardless of what the evidence shows.  They are a bunch of zombies. 

Still, this needs to happen.  All of the evidence needs to be publicly aired and voters should be permitted to make an informed choice.
