It's a civil trial, the burden of proof is less than that of a criminal trial. Its only a preponderance or a clear and convincingstandard. Its not proof beyond a reasonable doubt.... thought you were a cop or something.  You should know that.

It's an up hill battle at this point for non jurors to argue the verdict was wrong and 9 times out of 10 there is bias involved.
