Honestly, I thought it was public knowledge, the difference between criminal and civil so.....However, a set of jurors listened to both sides of the argument and ruled in favor of the claimant. It's an up hill battle at this point for non jurors to argue the verdict was wrong and 9 times out of 10 there is bias involved. With a moniker like "Beakdoctor" I was a bit disappointed in your below average arguments to this point.
So then you know that burden of proof is a low standard. And it's almost impossible to fail at a civil trial.
For reference a woman successfully sued McDonalds for ordering coffee away with it, spilling it on herself then suing McDonalds because of the burns it caused.
A man waa committing suicide. Family called cops. Cops tried to stop him. He fought of 4 cops (high on meth) cops tased him, he rolled out of the probes, cops shot him with bean bag rounds to no avail. He jumped out of a 2nd story window, picked up a shard of glass and jammed it into his jugular, successfully killing himself. The family WON.
C'mon. With a name like Agnostic it doesn't surprise me at all you think like a godless heathen! LOL!
