whats your bf?

any clue?

generally to go from 12% to 5% one will lose 2 full inches off of thier arm

this is a 19.5 inch arm @ 8% if he went down to 5% he'd lose a full inch

Dont get me wrong here, I’m no bodybuilder. I’m just a guy who loves to lift and be big and strong with some vascularity. No clue on bodyfat but also don’t give rats ass. I’m big and full and like to eat and get crazy pumps. Far from fat and far from a bodybuilder. Arms are big and vascular like my schlong. Hahaha. Again I’m not ripped and don’t want to be. I like to look big in all clothes and shirt off. Not trying to win any contests.

Some folks (like Brian and DJ) that have an obsession with being ripped, thinks everyone else does and are missing their goals.
Sounds like a mental struggle honestly.
Not everyone cares or has the same goals.

True many guys claim big arm measurements but truth be told a lot of fat is contributing to the size. I've seen grandmas with 20" arms. It also has to do with body weight. A lean 18" arm is gigantic on a guy under 210lbs.

just like others have an obsession with being "big" ie. bigorexia

i dont care if others want to be ripped or not so you are wrong

and yes they do care, if they didn't they wouldn't place thier bigorexia horseshit upon me cheif

AJ himself said

..a 16 inch muscular arm is very impressive—a 17 inch upper arm is so large
an 18 inch upper must be seen to be appreciated—and a 19 inch upper arm approaches the impossible insofar as size is concerned ..’’

my arm will be 16 not sure if i can hit 17, 18 won't happen as i purposely want to be sure i don't weigh more than 175 TOPS

and like AJ also said... "you can't flex fat" :D :D :D

ryan has a great channel my fav jootuber now

he's replaced vigourous steve

in fact i may pay for him to develop my bicep and tricep training as what i'm doing aint working as my arms havent grown in awhile

my chest and delts have grown but not my arms so i could use his guideance/assiatance

he seems to like high high volume for arms, lots of sets and reps
